The Research Institute of Paper History and Technology states 'according to Lockwood's 1920 directory Blandford Book was manufactured by Strathmore Paper Co. of Mittineague, Massachusetts, U.S.A.' The Strathmore company (trading from 1914) combining Mittineague Paper Mill and Woronoco Paper Co.
