Medium 8o: 9" × 6", top edge only trimmed and gilt, artificial headband, white wove, no mark, heavy handmade, varying from white to cream with even a tinge of pink; 14pt. Imprint with 2-line dropped initials; 11 colour collotypes on white loaded paper, tipped by one edge into yellow ochre printed frame 6½" × 4¼" on the verso of insert in [A] and rectos of other inserts; casing, spine brown leather, gold-blocked up: ‘THE CURTAIN OF FORGETFULNESS’, boards in blue-grey paper, upper cover gold-blocked: ‘THE CURTAIN OF FORGETFULNESS WILLIAM LINDSEY’; printed dust-jacket.
