GARSTANG THE BODLEY HEAD [5 fillets]’, boards mottled grey and yellow paper, printed on upper cover with line block of birds around a nest.
Curwen Library copy lacks the casing; no copy traced with publisher's casing as issued; it was probably similar to Er.
