This item was missing from the Curwen Library; in 1963 Dr Marjory Plant (my external examiner) observed that I had omitted it from the handlist, which provoked me to collate my records more carefully with Oliver's Catalogues raisonnés (reprinted Simon 1973 p.239). Without quibbling whether it is a book, or was published, let me dedicate this entry to her with thanks.
