Royal 4o: 12½" × 9¾", trimmed, white laid, Van Gelder Zonen; 14pt. Garamond; collotype illustrations on insert in [A] and on laid leaves in [2-13], each plate protected by a tissue leaf bearing caption printed in red; plates I, II, VI, VIII, X, XV, XVI, XX, XXVI, XXXII, XXXV and XLIX contain colours other than black; casing, black cloth.
