Demy 8o: 8¾" × 5¾", uncut, white laid, Ellerslie 12(+4)pt. Koch Kursiv; line blocks, some in three colours; casing, maroon buckram, spine and upper cover gold-blocked with design covering whole area; on spine the letters: ‘| HOR· | FLACC | I CAR | MINA’ are incorporated in the design
