W. J. Turner was a poet known personally to Oliver Simon (see Simon 1956 pp. 46, 48) In; the title-page here serves also as a contents list; after the first asterisk titles of seven poems are listed, centred, each finishing with a comma space and page-number(reproduced Simon 1956 p.35).
