Foolscap 8^o: 6¼" × 4¼", top edge only trimmed, white wove, Pannekoek Holland; 11pt. Pastonchi set by Monotype Corporation for the Curwen Press; casing, blue-grey flecked paper, upper cover printed paper label: ‘[within double-rule frame] VERSES | by | HELEN THORP | THE CAYME PRESS’.

The Pastonchi used here was set by Monotype for Plaistow to print; Simon describes it as 'contemporary, but not particularly legible'(Simon 1956 p.42); the only use of Pastonchi at Plaistow.

Curwen copy lacked casing.
