Crown 8o: 7" × 4¾", trimmed, top edge red, white wove, Pannekoek Holland; 12pt. Caslon; 1 collotype portrait on insert in C; 16 collotype plates each on a pair of leaves thrown out on linen guards, 4 plates on 2 pairs of guards forming each of sections [1-4]; line block illustrations; casing, maroon buckram, spine gold-blocked: ‘Fournier | on | Typefounding | Soncino Press’; slip case covered in brown laid paper.
