Medium 8^o: 9½" × 6", trimmed, artificial headband,white wove, Pannekoek Holland; 12(+4)pt. Koch Kursiv; 12(+4)pt. Koch Roman; line block decorations in green; colour collotypes (whole-page); casing, spine green art vellum gold-blocked: ‘[decoration] | LOVELY | LAUGHTER | [decoration]’, boards white paper with green line block decorations on front and back covers; slip-case.
