[1-4]4; [1]1 and [4]4 are pastedowns.
[8] 5-24 [+4].
Foolscap 8o: 7½" × 4⅞", trimmed, white laid, Antique de Luxe; 14(+3)pt. Lutetia; casing, patterned paper Kzb no.8; no copy traced in publisher's casing (full cloth) as issued.
See Simon 1973 p.252: Catalogue raisonné mentions an edition in full cloth, 'also 150 copies on hand-made paper, bound in full leather'.
B.L. Catalogue suggests that Orage (d.1934) was actually the author of this work. The Unicorn Press is a publisher not otherwise known to me for this date, and I suggest the book was in fact privately printed for Orage; the type of paper and the presence of the author's signature seem to distinguish between the versions.
