Demy 8o: 8½" × 5½", trimmed, white wove, Ganymede; 11(+1)pt. Bembo; casing, full parchment, sewn on 4 vellum slips laced into covers; spine gold-blocked up: ‘AN INDISCRETION IN THE LIFE OF AN HEIRESS BY THOMAS HARDY’.

Thomas Hardy died 11th January 1928; this work was apparently published posthumously; F.E.H. are the initials of his second wife, Florence Emily.
