Walbaum; line blocks and halftone illustrations in text, halftone illustrations on loaded leaves, in colour on those after [A]1 and B6, line block on insert after C2; casing, brown cloth, gold-blocked up spine: ‘OLD EUSTON’ and across foot of spine: ‘COUNTRY | LIFE’, and on upper cover: ‘OLD EUSTON’; printed dust-jacket.
