Crown 8o: 7¼" × 4¾", trimmed, white wove, no mark; 10 didot Walbaum (11+1pt. setting); paper wrappers, printed up spine: ‘«LA FRANCE LIBRE»   ARAGON — LE CRÈVE COEUR et LES YEUX D'ELSA’, and on upper cover: ‘[within a 20pt. ruled border a panel 6" × 3½" is printed green, with lettering over in black:] ARAGON | [swelled rule] | LE | CRÈVE-COEUR | et | LES YEUX D'ELSA | ÉDITION | «LA FRANCE LIBRE»’; the sections are stapled together, not sewn.
