Baskerville; casing, grey cloth gold-blocked on spine: ‘[decoration and fillet] THE ROCK POOL by Cyril Connolly [fillet and decoration] [2 fillets] HAMISH HAMILTON’, and in red 2 panels as background to the first 6 lines of blocking, and 1 fillet near the foot between the 2 gold fillets; printed dust-jacket.
The only novel (satirical) by Cyril Connolly.
