Technical description

Royal 4o: 12" × 8", trimmed, artificial head- and tail-bands, white wove, no mark; 16(+6)pt. Bembo; autolithograph illustrations in black and colour; casing, yellow glazed cloth blocked in blue down spine: ‘ALI BABA & THE FORTY THIEVES’, and on upper cover an oval block 3¼" × 3¾": girl and earthenware jars; tissue dust-jacket.
