10⅜" × 7¼", trimmed, white wove, Spicers Eynsford White Mould Made Cartridge; 24pt. Bembo, text in red and black; line block illustrations in black; casing spine black glazed cloth, boards black paper, upper cover gold-blocked with design as on f8r; dust-jacket of grey flecked paper.

Notes

James Spicer's papermill at Eynsford, Kent, closed down in 1952; The spelling 'Enysford' in the printer's imprint is perhaps a variant or an error.
