Garamond; line block decorations in red on [A]3r and B3r; casing, spine buff cloth gold-blocked: ‘THE FAIRY DOLL * JEAN-GALLI DE BIBIENA CHAPMAN & HALL’, boards in patterned paper Kzb no.12; dust-jacket of same paper with printed label above upper cover and pen-and-ink label over spine.
