Technical description

Crown 8o: 7⅛" × 5", top edge only trimmed, white laid, no mark; 12(+1½)pt. Caslon with 2- and 3-line dropped initials; facsimiles of original title-page and of original decorations; casing, light brown cloth blocked in blue like Fb but as spine is wide all spine blocking lettering runs across.

Paper, type and illustrations as Ig but trimmed 7" × 4⅞"; paperback; laid paper wrappers printed on spine: ‘WILLOBIE HIS AVISA (1594)’, and across foot of spine: ‘2/6 | NET’, front cover as title-page, back cover bears advertisement as Gfa.

Note
