Imperial 8o: 11½" × 8", trimmed, artificial headband, white wove, Curwen Press + unicorn, insert white wove, F J Head & Co Hand-Made; 12(+4½)pt. Walbaum hand set; line block illustrations, hand-coloured stencilled illustrations, printing examples tipped on to leaves in Q and R; casing, brown buckram blocked with design of red and blue rules, incorporating wording on spine: ‘THE | CURWEN | PRESS | MISCEL- | LANY | 1931’, and on upper cover: ‘CURWEN PRESS | MISCELLANY’; slip-case in brown paper with printed label.
