Curwen Library index described Sm1 and Sm2, as 'staff edition'; the public edition, published by O.U.P. in dark green buckram I have called 'the O.U.P. edition'. Curwen Library index also mentions "60 copies on handmade paper, bound full leather" but I have not yet found such a copy to describe.
