Technical description

Demy 4o: top edge only trimmed and gilt, 11¼" × 8½", white laid, Batchelor's Kelmscott except inserts before C2 white laid, J W Zanders, and R2 white laid, Abbey Mills; 14pt. Caslon; collotype on folded insert after H4, many line and block illustrations and colour printing throughout; printed samples tipped onto O4 Q3 Q4 R1; casing, black buckram, spine gold-blocked: ‘THE | FLEURON | No.3.1924’.
