B.L. catalogue states their copy is no.4 of 50 on mould-made paper, specially bound; Curwen library copy was un-numbered; for volume 1 see ZJd; volume 3 was not printed till 1957, so fell outside the scope of the 1963 handlist but has been added during the current revision; see ZOk.
